A progressive plan for Early Learning Centre use
The Littles Rewired Foundations for Life programme, provides an innovative & progressive plan that addresses the communication between the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Our programme mimics movements that may have been missed or done incorrectly in a child's early development, giving the brain a second chance to re-wire itself. Miscommunication between the two hemispheres makes it difficult to process information effectively. This programme is informed by the work of Dr. Robert Melillo a neurologist, brain researcher & the founder of Brain Balance (USA) and The Melillo Method™. Brain Bloom Room Founder Michelle Lowe came across Dr. Melillo and his work as she searched for answers in this space and is very grateful to have his work informing the practice of The Brain Bloom Room here in New Zealand.
We train Littles Rewired Coaches & provide resources
Once you have a staff member Certified as a Littles Rewired Coach they will be equipped with the knowledge, skills & resources to oversee the facilitation of the programme within your Early Learning Centre. This means your teaching team will have access to this knowledge to apply within your learning environment providing benefit & further enriching your Early Learning Centre as a whole. Happy and engaged children will lead to more settled & joyful centre environments where children will have the brain-body balance & integration that they need to make the most of your early learning programme & life beyond it. This will help Teachers to feel encouraged and inspired in their mission and help the whole centre to flourish. Your Staff member will complete their Certification journey through the Brain Bloom Room online development pathway.
Littles Rewired & your Early Learning Centre
Once you have a member of your team fully trained & certified as a Littles Rewired Coach they will be able to lead the programme within your centre and share this knowledge with fellow team members. There is a lot of flexibility for how you would do this on a day by day basis. It will give your team fresh insight & inspiration into why & how they can sow into the children in their care. As an Early Learning Centre this is an opportunity that will set your centre apart as a leader in your field offering something that is innovative and will deeply benefit the children & families in your learning community equipping them to flourish as they begin their schooling journey & all that follows throughout their lives.
Support & recognition for your Early Learning Centre
As an Early Learning Centre delivering the Littles Rewired Foundations for Life programme you will become known as a centre that nourishes your children and prepares them for life & see the changes in your children. Here are a few of the ways we will provide support on your journey partnering with the Brain Bloom Room.
There will be yearly online trainings that your Littles Rewired team member will need to complete to keep them up to date with the latest developments & be supported in delivering the programme to a high standard.
We will also provide your centre with a digital resource package for you to use online to educate & raise awareness within your community about the Littles Rewired programme. This will give you all you need to communicate how you will be offering the programme within the context of your Early Learning community & convey its benefits to families.
With every year that your centre is one of our Early Learning partners we will provide a digital badge to certify & visually communicate your commitment as a centre to the Littles Rewired programme.
As we look ahead we anticipate families will be looking for Early Learning Centres who are offering this programme & who prioritise keeping their team up to date with the latest neurological developmental knowledge within the functional neurology space. You will have confidence in your offerings knowing that you are an innovator in this space delivering the very best for your families.
